From En Pimont at the top of the slope, a plot bought in 1999 but not recorded on the label as Xavier is hoping one day for another plot lower down to blend this with. Pale primrose, the nose is opulent and exotic. Excellent tension though, can get away with the ripeness. More sulphur here perhaps. Five barrels made.
