So distinctive, with fresh bay leaf, leather, pepper and tobacco notes leading the way, followed by mulled plum, currant and cherry fruit. Lots of bitter cherry and charred apple wood drive through the very long finish, which is thoroughly mouthwatering thanks to its acidity.?
