The 2019 Chorey-lès-Beaune Les Champs Longs is also very charming, wafting from the glass with notes of sweet berry fruit mingled with hints of licorice, cassis and loamy soil. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and charming, with lively acids and powdery structuring tannins, it's approachable out of the gates.

A discreet touch of wood along with a mentholated top note are present on the aromas of dark plum and newly turned earth. There is fine volume to the delicious and appealingly vibrant medium weight flavors that display solid depth and persistence on the balanced finale. This is a quality Chorey.
