he Coche-Dury 2007 Bourgogne mingles almond, pistachio, and nutmeg with fresh quince and white peach on the nose and on a creamy, polished palate that preserves a both succulent and lively hint of citrus. Nut oils and spice persist into a gentle finish that helps assures immediate appeal, although I am sure this will remain lovely for several years.
