Château Labastide‑Dauzac in Margaux (Bordeaux) is a 42-hectare estate that lies on deep gravel and clay soils which suit Cabernet Sauvignon (~69 %) and Merlot (~29 %). The wines are made with hand-harvested grapes, gravity-flow vatting, and the property has been certified 100 % vegan since 2016.
