Château Ducru-Beaucaillou is a Second Growth estate in Saint-Julien, known for Cabernet Sauvignon–based wines of structure and finesse. The estate’s terroir consists of deep gravel soils (“beaux cailloux” = “beautiful stones”), which is reflected in the château’s name.
