Focused and linear, with a line drive of concentrated citrus, mineral and stone fruit flavors that expand to fleshy tones of apricot, white peach and pear pastry. Salted lemon bar, sesame seed, dried ginger and cardamom flavors are expressive, with hard lemon candy details on the finish alongside fresh-clipped herbs including vetiver and lemon balm.

Amazing aromas of ginger, honeysuckle and pear with hints of flint. Jasmine. Full-bodied yet linear and bright with complex flavors of fresh apple, honey and white flowers. Just a hint of vanilla. Pretty mind blowing. Dried citrus at the end. Asian fruit. pH 3.3.
