The 2021 Les Lecons Des Maitres (80% Sauvignon Blanc and the rest Semillon) reveals ripe, savory aromas of lemon balm, ripe melon, baking spices, and fresh quince. This medium-bodied, stony textured white is citrus-driven on the palate, with Meyer lemon, lemon lime, and white flowers. It’s a wonderful, age-worthy Bordeaux Blanc style to drink 2025-2035.

Apparently spiced with lightly toasted oak, this bracing and elegant wine was crafted by Bibiana Gonzalez Rave and her husband, Jeff Pisoni. Made from 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon, it is distinctive, complex and flavorful.
