Flastaff: Steely light salmon pink, silver reflections; fine, persistent mousse. Attractive nuances of fresh red cherries, underlaid with strawberry jam, a hint of fresh biscuit, delicately floral notes (rose petal), mineral touch, a very multi-faceted bouquet. Tight and taut, fine yellow plum fruit, complex, pleasant fruit expression, incredibly precise with a very long lasting, chalky-salty minerality. A rosé of unheard of finesse and delicacy as well as captivating freshness.
