There is a cool, inward minerality to the 2010 Puligny-Montrachet Les Folatieres that is quite striking, but the wine is going to need some time to fully come together. Lemon, white flowers and flint are some the many notes that are layered into the wiry, tense finish. I very much like the sense of energy here.
