The 2021 Meursault 1er Cru Genevrières (Domaine Louis Jadot) is a very strong performer, bursting with aromas of pear, toasted nuts, white flowers, nutmeg and clear honey. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and seamless, with racy acids and a suave, elegant profile, it's well worth seeking out.
A paler colour and a little more of the coconut oak. The fruit itself is discreet but we see it more on the palate. This is backward yet very classy. I like the discreet but definite fruit weight on the palate and the length with the light citrus touch of the vintage to finish
