The 2017 Meursault Village unfurls in the glass with pretty aromas of pear, chamomile, waxy lemon rind and blanched almonds. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, ample and satiny, with the most fleshy and open-knit profile of any wine in the Roulot cellar this year. Accordingly, this will be the best prospect for immediate or at least near-term consumption. This cuvée hails from the lieux-dits of Clos de la Baronne, Crotot, Gruyaches and Sous la Velle.
