This is also cool, pure and airy with its slightly more deeply pitched nose of plum, various red berries and discreet spice and rose petal nuances. There is an almost easy-going aspect to the generous and plump middle weight flavors that possess a velvety, even suave mouth feel while delivering reasonably good length. Despite how forward the mid-palate is, the moderately firm tannins suggest that this will need 6 to 8 years to fully mature.
