This is a serious, cab-based red with pine-needle, dark-berry, chocolate and hazelnut character. It’s full-bodied, yet framed and polished, with beautiful balance and length. Juicy finish. Cabernet sauvignon, petit verdot and cabernet franc.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon packs a serious punch. Black cherry, plum, gravel, spice, menthol and espresso are all kicked up in this potent, brooding Calistoga Cabernet. Give it a few years to soften. This is an impressive showing from the Currys.
