Meaty and structured with depth to the fruit and a long, powerful finish. Focused and balanced. A blend of 90% cabernet sauvignon, 5% cabernet franc and 5% petit verdot.

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is a very pretty, understated wine. Crushed red berry fruit, blood orange, spice, cedar and sweet pipe tobacco open first, brightened by lively, salivating acids. This mid-weight, polished Cabernet Sauvignon is all charm.
