From 0.23-hectare site of young vines planted just below the Château de Béru at the bottom of the village and facing west and aged in wood for two years, Jérémy Arnaud’s 2022 Chablis Sous le Parc soars from the glass with a bouquet of tangerine zest, vanilla and iodine. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, demonstrative and patinated by its élevage but structured around an incisive spine of acidity, concluding with a long, orange oil-inflected finish.
