The natural power from this vineyard means that Camille does not need to extract much during a short vinification. Deepish red crimson, with some white pepper, though less bouquet than most of the Côte de Nuits-Villages wines. There is however a very significant volume of fruit on the palate, dense rougher tannins, more of a solid beast.
