The “Chassagne-Montrachet Morgeot Premier Cru” wine by Vincent Girardin is produced on the “Morgeot” vineyard, one of the relatively large Premier Cru plots, located on the southern edge of the village. Made from Chardonnay grapes, this wine reflects the estate’s winemaking philosophy, which is based on minimal intervention: the use of wild yeast, gentle pressing, and aging on the lees in oak barrels, no more than one-third of which are new. It is recommended to enjoy this wine between 2026 and 2042. During this time, you will be able to observe how the wine matures.
