Remember when they made late-harvest Zins in California? Well here's a late-harvest Cabernet Franc. It's odd, but very enjoyable. Very ripe and slightly stemmy, with intense aromas of incense. Off-dry. Loads of fruit. Like a young Port. Try with blue cheese.
