This is aromatically quite similar to the Demoiselles except that wood treatment is already better integrated. There is excellent volume to the solidly intense and more overtly mineral-driven larger-bodied flavors that display excellent power on the compact and tightly wound finale that exhibits very fine length. I would note that this is firm but not so backward that it couldn't be reasonably enjoyed after 5 to 7 years of keeping.
Fresh pale lemon and lime. The bouquet is classy, refined and restrained. Pure white fruit and flowers. Much more finesse than En Remilly this year, with a caressing elegance that never looks weak. A lovely tensile taffeta link.
