This is also aromatically elegant, cool and airy with a strikingly broad range of spice elements adding breadth to the pretty red berry, exotic tea and sandalwood scents. The beautifully textured medium weight flavors possess a highly seductive inner mouth perfume as well as an almost aggressive minerality that adds lift to the youthfully austere and wonderfully persistent finish. This is impeccably well-balanced and while it could use better depth, the potential is clearly present. Classy juice.
