"Les Petits Vougeots" (Vougeot Premier Cru) from Hudelot-Noëllat is produced on a 0.53-hectare plot planted in 1970 and located directly at the foot of the Clos de Vougeot fortress wall. In 2024, Charles Van Canneyt continued the transition to organic farming that began in 2019, carrying out fermentation with wild yeast in concrete tanks and aging the wine in Allier oak barrels. This wine embodies the estate’s established style, silky and refined. Furthermore, since the wine has not yet fully developed in its early stages, it is recommended to let it rest in the cellar.
