The 2020 Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Petite Chapelle has once again turned out especially well this year. Wafting from the glass with aromas of dark wild berries, licorice, lilac blossom and vine smoke, it's full-bodied, ample and layered, with terrific concentration, lively acids and beautifully refined tannins, concluding with a long, mouthwatering finish.
