"2024 Gevrey-Chambertin Les Corvées" from Domaine Tortochot is a Pinot Noir "Village" wine produced on one of the 34 plots of this estate, located in the Côte de Nuits. Chantal Michel-Tortochot, a fourth-generation member of the family who has been at the helm since the late 1990s, manages the estate using organic farming methods (certified in 2013). For this “Villages” wine, approximately 25% new barrels are used, in which it is aged for 12 to 14 months. It is recommended to drink it between 2026 and 2034.
