Château Bernadotte in Saint-Sauveur in the Haut-Médoc appellation, is an approximately 40-hectare estate which has vines averaging 30 years old and a planting density of 10,000 plants per hectare. They practise environmentally-friendly viticulture and aim for yields lower than the appellation maximum to ensure quality.
