Ripe upper register aromas of spicy black fruit, hints of earth, anise and wood plus a touch of underbrush sit atop supple, sweet, plumy and generous flavors that are delicious yet entirely serious, evidencing ample mouth coating dry extract on the strikingly concentrated finish. This is unusually refined in comparison to the typical Ech with its silky and velvety mouth feel. Good stuff here.
