A sensational effort from proprietor Paola de Ferrari, this blend of 90% Sangiovese, 7% Merlot, and 3% Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in various-sized wood barriques. A dark plum/purple color is accompanied by an exotic, ripe, earthy, spicy, flowery, sweet perfume, gorgeous fruit on the attack, excellent texture, medium body, and an elegant, pure, balanced finish.

A delicious red. Blackberry and cherry, with hints of mineral on the nose. Full-bodied and velvety, with a long, chocolaty berry aftertaste.
