2023 was a fruitful year for Côte de Beaune. Thanks to a warm summer and a good harvest, the Chardonnay grapes ripened fully without losing their acidity, and the producers in Meursault were able to enjoy the luxury of harvesting at their own pace. Adrien Lattard's “Porusot Premier Cru” wine is made from grapes grown on one of the Premier Cru plots in Meursault, which is characterized by particularly pronounced minerality. This 2023 vintage combines fullness with crispness and will be ready to drink between 2025 and 2032. Despite its pronounced maturity, it does not feel heavy.
