Bracing acidity cuts through this version's medium body, leaving a refreshing finish. Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. Drink now through 2028.

The 2021 Les Lecons Des Maitres (80% Sauvignon Blanc and the rest Semillon) reveals ripe, savory aromas of lemon balm, ripe melon, baking spices, and fresh quince. This medium-bodied, stony textured white is citrus-driven on the palate, with Meyer lemon, lemon lime, and white flowers. It’s a wonderful, age-worthy Bordeaux Blanc style to drink 2025-2035.
