A barrel selection made from their three single vineyards, Adversity’s 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon The Papas shows a wonderfully complete, balanced, yet powerful style that's classic Russell Bevan Napa Cabernet. Blueberries, wildflowers, candied orange, scorched earth, and violet notes all define the nose, and it's deep, opulent, and full-bodied on the palate, with impressive, building, grippy tannins. It's a rich, concentrated, and structured 2019 to enjoy over the coming 15+ years.
