Professional reviews

Robert Parker (94)

Grapy, unformed, black raspberry liqueur and licorice-infused cassis notes leap from the glass of this opaque purple-colored wine. Sweet, plush, rich, and accessible, it is a forward, lush, concentrated effort that should drink well for two decades. While not one of Graham's most profound ports, it should evolve rapidly, providing immense crowd appeal.

Jancis Robinson (19)

So young! Hardly any signs of bottle age here, with the primary red fruit still going full throttle. Brilliantly balanced. Super-rich and thick. Most likely immortal. (RH)

Falstaff (95)

Dark ruby, dark core, broad bright rim. Intense nuances of cherry compote, fine nougat, subtle herbal savouriness, an inviting bouquet. Juicy, already displaying secondary flavour characteristics of cooked dark berry fruit, fine tannins, well-integrated sweetness. It has good length and is already drinking well.
