Made with an extended six months of skin maceration and aged in Tuscan
amphorae (called an orcio), this is a punchy and bright red wine that delivers
more sweetness and ripeness in this expression. The organic and
biodynamic Duemani 2020 G. Punto has an open-knit texture with baked
fruit, cooked cherry, basil leaf and hazelnut nutella. There are some metallic
or tin can aromas that come with Grenache and a lot of dried raspberry and
strawberry. This vintage wears the signs of a hot vintage.
A beautiful and refined red with cranberry, orange peel and hints of cedar on the nose and palate. Lavender, too. Medium to light body. Fine tannins. Cement undertone. Creamy texture.
