The 2014 Riesling Rangen de Thann Clos Saint Urbain is pure, precise and mineral on the nose, with flinty and speculoos aromas. Full-bodied, round and elegant on the palate, this is a rich, intense and firmly structured yet also pure, vital and piquant Riesling. It is full of tension but also finesse and a really dry, stimulating taste (just three grams of residual sugar). The finish is long, tight and very complex, and reveals firm tannins due to 18 hours of whole-cluster pressing. Just 12.5% alcohol.

A fabulous 2014 with amazing aromas of spices, light cheese and walnuts. Full body, dried lemons, limes, stones and saltiness. Pumice as well and a layered, velvety texture. A joy to taste. Made from biodynamically grown grapes.
