Hine is one of the most respected cognac producers. The family business has existed since 1763 and is located in Jarnac, the heart of the Grande Champagne region. Near the small village of Bonneuil the vineyards are located that produce the basis for these very special cognacs. Bonneuil cognac is only distilled from the best harvest. That is why Bonneuil is not bottled every year.
Only 4 of the harvests of the past 16 years have been chosen to be bottled as Hine Bonneuil.
A very limited number of casks have been selected from 3 vintages, which are also bottled as a “single cask”. As a result, these cognacs are characterized by very specific flavors and individual characters. All bottles are individually numbered.
These cognacs are of course delicious to drink as a digestif, or simply as a "drink", but also try them chilled as an aperitif or with Pata Negra or Sashimi. Delicious!
Nose: lively with sparkling tickly scents of fresh mandarin and peach with white floral notes and toasted bread.
Taste: The mouthfeel is quite heavy with the flavors of freshly ground herbs, orange compote and white lilacs.
Finish: beautifully concentrated and everlasting finish.
