Jasper Morris MW: ‘Cuvée de l’Hellébore’. More lemon than lime in the colour and a little more fruit weight in the bouquet, albeit with a chiselled stony aspect to the nose. Excellent balancing lemon acidity and finishes on a soft rounded fruit with some fresh pear notes.
