40% whole bunch. Cask sample.
Deep cherry red. Fresher and more scented than the Bonnes Mares. The stems show a little more. This is much more the style I enjoy in Burgundy – more fragrant and a little less obviously ripe in fruit character. Toasty and spicy on the finish. The tannic finesse increases the freshness.
