Les Crayères: Single plot vintage from the Lieu-dit Les Crayères located in the plain of OGER. Plantation in 1954 on a very light soil with shallow and soft chalk, hence the name of the locality. Vinification in oak barrels of intermediate age (8-10 years). Not dosed, as an aperitif or with a meal.
