A very fresh and floral wine with geranium, violet and red fruit aromas. Juicy acidity with a relatively light body and chalky tannins. More bony than supple. Drinkable now, but best from 2026.

The 2022 Valtellina Superiore Inferno Fiamme Antiche is bright and nicely sculpted. Orange peel, mint and white pepper give this vibrant Valtellina Superiore tons of sizzle. High-toned aromatics, deep mineral inflections and a long, sustained finish round out this mid-weight, drop-dead gorgeous Inferno.

Medium ruby red colour. Fruity nose of sultana, cherry and sugared raspberry. Later, preserved plum and spices. Medium palate drive with good acidity and flow. Long and juicy finish.
