This vintage Single Cask from 2009 has a beautiful complexity, characteristically it has retained a wonderful freshness, which is rare for an extra aged rum. This rum with a very distinctive profile is truly a collector's spirit.
Color: straw color with golden hues.
Aroma: complex and intense, aromas succeed each other harmoniously: coffee, wood, tobacco, stewed fruit, tea and herbal infusions.
Taste: notes of spices, pepper and mint before giving way to a delicate finish, between oriental spices and fine wood.
Finish: long finish, which is finely nuanced and very balanced.
