Rossignol: Single plot vintage from the Lieu-dit Rossignol located at the foot of the hillsides of OGER. Plantation of 1952 and 1988 on a light calcareous and humic soil (alluvium), with medium to shallow chalk. Partial vinification in oak barrels. Not dosed, prefer a wide glass and a bold cuisine.
