In this line up, the 2000Â Haut-Brion ended up somewhere in the middle. It was very young, and would have needed at least 2 to 3 hours to decant. The wine itself is pure terroir. It already has a beautiful bouquet, but more importantly, it has great potential.
Our rating will increase as the wine ages, but for now BOW 9-
