A citrusy wine with yellow grapefruit, limes, white spring flowers, lemon curd and a super-subtle exotic touch on the nose. Medium-bodied with zesty acidity and a fine citrusy mousse that’s tingling and electric, with tight chalk and minerals. 100% chardonnay.

The 2021 Blanc de Blancs La Haute Lemblé will vie with La Bolorée for top honors in this very challenging year marked by frost, hail and, consequently, punishingly low yields. A wine of palate-staining density and power, the Haute Lemblé dazzles with textural intensity and pure, unbridled power. This is one of the greatest, most truly epic Haute Lemblés ever.
