Vincent Paindavoine, is a vigneron since 2010 for the Hospices de Beaune as a chef de culture in the vineyards including Clos de La Roche, Mazis Chambertin and Echezeaux appelations.

From 2022 he has taken over part of the family owned vineyards from his uncle, adding new appelations in 2023 and in 2025 will include the Vosne-Romanée village and Vosne-Romanée Beaux-Monts appelations.
