Just mid ruby. Exotic savoury spice and the beginning of undergrowth, which with aeration turns into a savoury oatmeal note. Captivating, youthful, sweet fruit on the palate that is still a little monolithic and supported by a good dose of acidity and ripe, chewy tannins.
