Plenty of sliced apples, flint, matchsticks and crushed stones. Medium- to full-bodied with excellent acidity and a tangy finish. Plenty of energy.

In 2023, the wine is wonderfully expressive, showing notes of ginger and toasty oak with spectacular richness.
