The "Pieropan Soave Classico La Rocca Collezione Vini dell'Anima 2015" comes from their longterm special project released in 2026, as tribute to Leonildo Pieropan who believed in the age worthiness of white wines. This project of patient listening, where time becomes an art, shaping the wine until it reveals its deepst and most evolved personality. From the single vineyard La Rocca it was held for over ten years in oak and allowed to evolve slowly. Made from 100% Garganega grape, grown on calcareous soils, it was picked late October, this shows an aromatic depth and complexity. Enjoyed from release, and will keep years for further evolving.
