40% whole bunch. ‘A very consistent vineyard’, says Véronique Drouhin. Cask sample.
Deep cherry red. Ripe and dark on the nose. Savoury and rocky too. The fruit profile is ripe but the tannins add great freshness. This is dry and dark but suggesting a lovely fragrance as it opens. Long, dry and fresh with a savoury aftertaste.
