The 2013 Musigny Vieilles Vignes Grand Cru has a highly perfumed nose that is even more floral and is bestowed even more fruit concentration than the impressive 2013 Chambolle Amoureuses. The palate is very structured and exerts a gentle grip: tensile and pixelated with tart cherry fruit and limestone on the finish. This is a "serious" Musigny from Frédéric Mugnier - a wine designed to steal winelovers' hearts.
