FThe 2021 Juffer-Sonnenuhr Spätlese is clear, intense and bright on the layered and lovely minty, finely coolish and very delicate and flinty nose. Concentrated and lush on the palate, this is a saline and tensioned, mouthwatering Spätlese of great elegance, finesse and freshness. 7.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork.
