“Clos de Mireille Rosé 2024” is produced in coastal vineyards located slightly inland from the Mediterranean Sea, which were acquired by the Domaines Ott in 1936. Here, the sea breeze plays an important role. Throughout the long Provençal summer, the sea breeze cools the Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah vines, allowing them to fully benefit from the sun’s bounty while retaining their pronounced acidity. At the winery, the grapes’ contact time with the skins is limited to just 20 minutes. This is precisely what gives this rosé its characteristic pale pink hue, which has been our winery’s hallmark since its founding by Marcel Ott.
